Summer Cove Update

Summer Cove has recently topped off construction of its nine-floor main building.The condominium, being built alongside the old Summerhouse restaurant building on Siesta Key, will have a modern design. Currently 14 of the 45 units remain available, including a 3,830-square-foot penthouse priced at $3.3 million with wide views of the Siesta Key, downtown, and Little Sarasota Bay. Prices of the remaining units range from $1.2 million to $2.175 million.
