Here comes the Payne…

Here comes the Payne Park Condominium project. The City of Sarasota just granted final approval to change the comprehensive plan to allow the proposed 393 unit condominium project along School Avenue. The project which will be located adjacent to Payne Park will incorporate 127 “affordable” units. These affordable units are badly needed and no doubt provided the political impetuous to overcome the opposition from neighborhood groups.
