Condominium Inventories

As the winter season began we saw some reductions in condominium inventories brought on by the general feeling that the market has reached bottom. We have seen an uptick in purchases as many buyers have come off the sidelines to take advantage of this buyer’s market. As February approaches we are seeing increased sales inventories as new listings continue to outpace sales. Many owners see the February through April season as their best chance to sell. Current condominium inventories are as follows:
- Siesta Key has 567 condos for sale at an average price of $829,525
- Lido Key has 133 condos for sale at an average price of $1,374,202
- Longboat Key has 487 condos for sale at an average price of $940,775
- Downtown Sarasota – 368 for sale an an average price of $1,007,007
