The numbers are in for February and they confirm what any good agent should already know.  Things are looking up.  The total sales of condominium in February 2007 was 192, up from the last February’s 150 total.  The number was also up from January 2007′s total of 134.  Although these numbers are down from February 2005′s total of 263, there are sure sign of improvement in the marketplace.   Also, despite news that the sky is falling, the median sales price of condominiums sold in February 2007 was $415,000, up from last February’s total of $326,250.  Other good news for the condominium market is that while the average list price to sales price ratio of single family homes was 89.9% in February, the list price to sales price ratio for condominiums was 93.84%.
