This morning I recieved a request from someone in England for information about available homes on Bird Key. He was interested in Bird Key beacuse of it’s loation between the beaches, St. Armands and downtown as well as the boating acces and waterviews. While preparing the information for him, it accured to me that the information would be a good topic for my blog. So here is an update on Bird Key Real Estate. The current prices on Bird Key range from $730,000 to $9,675,000. The average price is $2,681,890 or $679 per square foot. Currently there are 55 homes for sale on Bird Key. This year, fifteen Bird Key homes have sold. Sale prices have ranged from $500,000 to $6,450,000.
