Bay Street Village and Town Center at 51 S. Tamiami Trail in Osprey will be a 45-acre mixed-use, upscale development with more than 100,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and office space available for purchase, along with 550 residential condominiums and a Village Green designated as a community area for public gatherings, small festivals and other outdoor events. Construction on the new mixed use project is underway with completion of the first two buildings slated for the first half of 2008.
