Sarasota Real Estate Sales up 28%

February sales were up 28 percent over January.  The Sarasota Multiple Listing Service indicates that there were 423 sales in February and only 329 sales in January 2008. Share

Sarasota Real Estate & Population Growth

Manasota Key Beach Re-nourishment

Sarasota Marathon

This past Sunday over 2,400 people ran in Sarasota’s 3rd annual Marathon.  In addition to the many local athletes that ran the race, participants came from 43 states and 7 countries.  The winner was Tomas Lepp from Sweden.  He completed the 26 mile in 2 hours and 51 minutes.   Share
