Realtor Ranks Dwindle

The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors saw it’s ranks dwindle by 1,200 members in January when the annual association dues became due. Similar reductions in the ranks were seen in the Sarasota Association of Realtors which lost 700 members at the begining of the year. With the market rebounding, this is good for those professionals that remain and also for the buyers that have been on the sidelines waiting to buy when the market turns. I believe the time is now and the added bonus is that would be buyers are more likely to engage a professional with experience. I urge buyers and sellers to seek out an experienced professional. Real Estate is not about personality and charm.
