Beachfront Home Sold $81.5 million

There are many signs that the real estate market in Florida is in recovery.  The recent sale of a beachfront mansion in Palm Beach provides $81.5 million reasons to assume that things are looking up.

    Do you want to bet that recovery has not begun? It is so tedious hearing another realtor predicting that the market has hit bottom and is bouncing back to recovery. With all of the foreclosure activity, prices will continue to be depressed for the remainder of 2008 and into 2009.
