There are many good deals coming to market on Siesta Key. There have been some very good foreclosure deals and other deals offered by motivated sellers. Currently there are 527 condominiums for sale on Siesta Key. The average price is $769,293 and the range in prices is from $170,000 for a small unit at Ebb Tide to $3,300,000. In the past six months 164 condominiums were sold at an average price of $665,125.
There are fewer homes on the market right now but there are also some nice deals. The prices range from $345,000 to $17,500,000. The average price is $1,655,955. In the past six months 45 homes have been sold at an average of $1,834,441.
