Heritage Oaks is a nice gated community in eastern Sarasota. Residents in this semi-private neighborhood enjoy free golf memberships. The neighborhood living options include maitnence free condominiums and villas as well as single family homes. Golfers can perfect their game on the challenging Azinger/Lewis 18-hole championship course, with its immaculate clubhouse and fully-equipped fitness center. There are also tennis courts, aerobic/fitness classes and four heated swimming pools. Heritage Oaks Golf & Country Club along with similar neighborhoods like Misty Creek, Gator Creek, Laurel Oaks, The Hammocks, and Laurel Lakes will benefit from the new Publix grocery store which is currently under construction at the intersection of Bee Ridge and Iona Roads.
