We just leased one of the penthouse units at the Condo on the Bay. This building is aptly named. I don’t think there is any other building in downtown that has a better view than the Condo on the Bay. This gated community of 274 condo and marina townhouses was built in 1982. It’s many amenities include security, two pools, two tennis courts, on-site office, concierge, boat docks, fitness center and sauna. The best of all amenities is the amazing views. The higher floors in these two tower provide views across Sarasota Bay, over Lido and Longboat Keys to the Gulf of Mexico. The Van Wezel Performing Arts Center and many more entertainment venues are just a very short walk from this amazing property.
