Since the launch of our new website, www.palmerranchcondominium.com we have been spending a lot of time at the various properties to gather information and pictures. One of the condominiums that stands out is Botanica. It is a very nice upscale gated enclave of 172 units, each with a private garage. Many of these spacious condos have views of the lakes and fountains. There is a club house and two pools. Currently there are two condos for sale.
