GreyHawk Landing is a nice family community with large lots and large wide open spaces. GreyHawk Landing has a community center with pools, tennis courts, a playground and soccer fields. It is a wonderful neighborhood for children. This new neighborhood which was concieved and developed in the boom years has some great deals and developer closeout prices in the $200,000s.
