Siesta Key Annual Rental, Bay Tree

Back in January I wrote about a nice one bedroom condo at Bay Tree on Siesta Key that had been foreclosed and was available for only $175,000. That was a great deal so it was not surprising that it was purchased by one of the readers of this blog. Now that the deal has closed and the condo has undergone some interior upgrades it is available for rent on an annual basis for only $900.00 per month. I just sold my condo, 2 hours north gulf front, closes JULY 1st..cash buyer so is done deal.
But, I have no place to go. We are moving to Sarasota. Can you assist us? $1000 to 1400 month
for an annual 1 or 2 bedroom condo waterfront (no lakes canals) only intracoastal, bay ,gulf
So if Bay Tree is still available, we would like to schedule a showing this friday MOrning or if not
available something exactly like that(i’m a fisherman) wife is a beach bum. If not can you HELP?
