Perry J. Corneau, a Sarasota real estate broker since 1988 founded Corneau & Associates International Realty in 2006 in response to the changing needs of the real estate market. After 15 years with the world’s largest international real estate firm he became aware that though the internet has extended the reach of real estate companies globally, a greater emphasis on smaller market niches is needed.
