Having been a Real Estate Broker in Sarasota since 1988, I have had the opportunity to become experienced in many types of real estate services. I previously owned and operated a condominium management company in Sarasota called RVC Property Management (Resort, Vacation, Condominium) which managed condominiums associations and short term rental programs at Siesta Sands, Sea Winds and Harbour Towers. I am a past president of the Siesta Key Condominium Council, a past director of the Sarasota Chapter of Building Managers International and have served on the board of directors of the Siesta Key Association. It is from this experience as well being a Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker that I provide condominium managment services in the areas of:
