Riviera Dunes is a luxury gated community on the shores of the Manatee River in Palmetto. The community features a protected, deep water marina suitable for large boats. Amenities include tennis, community pool, clubhouse and more. Many of the homes are located directly on the water and other have use of the marina. Prices for these luxury homes are a fraction of the cost of similar homes in Sarasota.

One of our clients just went to contract on a new home in Forest Creek. This Parrish neighborhood is really a great value. Forest Creek is a Neil Community that was originally planned for homes in the $500,000. The developer shifted with the market and began building more modest homes in the low $100,000s. The great thing about the neighborhood is that the entrance gates, landscaping and amenities were all constructed with higher end homes in mind.
