The home building company Taylor Woodrow whose North American offices are based in Lakewood Ranch is set to merge with Morrison Homes. When merged these two companies will create one of the nation’s largest home building firms with operations in Texas, Canada, Nevada, Colorado, California, Arizona and Florida.
