Distressed Properties

Distressed properties are among the best deals in todays market.  Bank-Owned properties are particularly a good source of investment deals.  These properties are easy to purchase and banks are quick respond to offers and are ready to close in 30 to 60 days and in most cases will pay for title search and title insurance.  Investors buying bank-owned properties will be required to pay cash with proof of funds or provide a mortgage pre-approval.
